About 10 years ago, you got into a fight with Fergus O’Sullivan. This was a very stupid thing to do. Fergus beat you to a bloody pulp, literally. Just as you were about to die, he gave you the gift of insanity. He turned you into Malkavian Vampire. Needless to say, you don’ t think of yourself as insane; you have been liberated.
Fergus suggested you act like him, and be the Clan’s fool and drunk so no one would suspect your true nature. It has worked so far. Your clan’s leader is a bumbling fool by the name of Rónán O’Casey. He has led your clan to the brink of disaster. You have several times suggested to Fergus that you could liberate his mind, but Fergus has told you flatly no.
This weekend Fergus has great plans in store. There is a jousting tournament and dance. Nobles from all over the land shall be coming. What is most exciting is that some of your Welsh ‘brethren’ shall be coming to the tournament. You all shall have a grand old time hunting down all the faeries that are sure to be at the tournament. Faeries can never resist a tournament and their blood tastes so sweet, at least according to Fergus.
The rest of your clan shall be attending the tournament. You have Conall the clan’s champion and jousters. Rónán’s twin sisters, Dearbháil and Gráinne, shall also be in attendance. Lastly, the little runt of a ‘squire’, Fáelán O’Byrne, shall be around to serve the clan’s leaders. Mainly everyone leaves you alone. They usually beat a hasty retreat after a few minutes of conversation. You can only guess that they aren’t as enlightened as you.
You are really beginning to get concerned about your clan’s lot in life. If they don’t survive, then you don’t have a future in Ireland. You expect Rónán to do something dramatic Friday night at the dance. If he hasn’t made some arrangements by midnight, you might find it necessary to act despite Fergus’ admonitions.
The best thing about being associated with clan O’Casey is the twins. They love to tease men, but don’t even realize that you take their blood on a regular basis. That virgin blood tastes soooo sweet. Sometimes you drain your own blood just so you can get a taste of those fine women. That dumbass Rónán better not compromise their pristine state in order to feed his people. He should be a better man than that.
